Flexcot™ pet beds are manufactured by Creative Lines. We are available to answer your questions between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST Monday through Friday. Call us at 1-253-630-8606, or e-mail your question to Flexcot@aol.com. Our goal is to provide an e-mail response to your question within three days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return the item within 30 days for a prompt refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Delivery will normally be by UPS Ground Service (standard shipping). If you want us to e-mail you a UPS tracking number for your package, remember to include your e-mail address on the order form (or use the PayPal ordering method). UPS tracking information is available at www.ups.com – then click on the “tracking” icon.

If your package is damaged during shipment promptly notify the delivery company of the situation. All shipments are insured and your package will be replaced.
