How long will it take me to assemble or disassemble Flexcot™?
Cot assembly or disassembly should take you between 1 and 2 minutes to complete.  Please allow a few additional minutes for reading the brief assembly instruction sheet the first time you assemble the cot.  The instruction sheet suggestions on how to use you foot and hands will shorten and simplify the assembly / disassembly process.

What is pet acceptance like?
Pet acceptance is high.  Click here for more pet/cot pictures.  Occasionally a dog finds the raised surface difficult to adjust to.  This "adjustment" issue can usually be resolved by temporarily placing a favorite blanket on the cot surface.

Why do you use polyester fabric for the bed?
Heavy-weight polyester fabric was selected over alternative fabrics because our testing showed that polyester was superior at retaining its’ shape over many wash and loading cycles.

How can we speed up delivery time?
If shortened delivery time is important call us at 1-866-353-9268 and we can provide a new shipping and handling quote.  It should be pointed out however, that a reduction in delivery time can add substantially to shipping cost.  For example, second day air delivery could increase shipping cost, over that of standard ground service, by twenty dollars.

Do you accept international orders?
Canada is currently the only country we ship to outside the USA.

Can I get an estimated delivery date when package is shipped via UPS?
Yes! If you provide your e-mail address we will provide a tracking number for you. (See discussion under shipping.)

How do I return a cot if damaged in shipment?
The package will be insured so it is important that you use the carriers procedure for returning it.  UPS for example, will pick up a damaged item if you call 1-800-PICK-UPS and report the damage.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy states that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return the item within 30 days for a prompt refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Are replacement parts available?
Yes! In the unlikely event that you should need replacement parts for your Flexcot™ they are available.
